What's the story?

Marjorie Green was the daughter of David Green (1856-1941) editor of the Townsville Daily Bulletin and the North Queensland Register. This collection contains Marjorie's diary and memorabilia from the world trip the family took in the early 1920s. Also included is Marjorie's 1930s-1940s correspondence and her father's obituary.

Let's make it  


1 tin salmon

1 cup white sauce

3 eggs



1 cup cold boiled rice


Pound salmon smooth and add white sauce and rice, mix well together. Beat eggs separately, add yolks, pepper, salt, then ... stiffly beaten. Put in pie dish and bake in moderate oven for half an hour.
